WovenIQ — Release R1.81

Highlights

• Clearer guidance when access is unavailable: If your org is not eligible to use WovenIQ at the moment, clienteling shows a clear message instead of loading incomplete screens.
• More consistent experience across clienteling: The same guidance applies more broadly across associate and setup surfaces.

What’s new for everyone

• Same day-to-day clienteling: Queues, journeys, Messaging Centre, searches, and the customer profile continue to work as in Release 1.80 for eligible orgs.
• Clearer messaging when the app cannot be used: Associates and admins see a straightforward error instead of partial or confusing page loads.

What’s new for administrators and data stewards

Platform reliability

1.81 improves how WovenIQ confirms that an org may use the application and presents a consistent message when it cannot. No new admin settings, permission sets, or feature flags are introduced. Day-to-day configuration from 1.80 is unchanged.

If users report that clienteling is blocked after upgrade, contact WovenIQ support with your org ID and package version so eligibility can be confirmed.

Custom objects and fields referenced

No new objects or fields are introduced in 1.81.

Upgrading from 1.80 to 1.81

• Standard managed-package upgrade; no data migration or scheduler changes.
• Re-assign WIQ User and WIQ Admin after install.
• In sandbox, confirm core clienteling (Home, queues, Messaging Centre) still loads for a normal production or trial org.

Upgrading from earlier releases

Orgs not yet on 1.80 should install 1.81 (cumulative) and also follow Release 1.80, then earlier notes as needed.

Branding and Reports extensions

WovenIQ - Branding and WovenIQ - Reports builds pinned to 1.76 remain compatible; no extension change is required for this release unless your team publishes a new build against 1.81.
