Highlights
This release improves Podium MMS integration by setting Task Subtype on Task records created for Podium message activity when Salesforce leaves it blank. That keeps Podium-related tasks aligned with expected Call subtype behavior for reporting and the activity model.
- Podium messaging (Tasks) — When Task Type is Podium Message Sent or Received and Task Subtype is empty, it is set to Call before save.
- Reporting and activities — Podium-related tasks stay consistent with Call subtype expectations for activity and report filters.
