Base package 1.65.0 — subscriber package ID 04tal000006wd5ZAAQ. Use your usual install process or:
Typical predecessor: 1.64.0 (04tal000006qZUTAA2).
Highlights
- Adaptive integration: the in-app Integrations experience now supports connecting and configuring Adaptive alongside your existing integration types, with clearer setup and status in the UI.
- Outbound email on the timeline: customer-facing emails sent from WovenIQ (including compose-from-profile and automated template sends such as Customer Queue status messages, preference update notifications, and store visit follow-up reminders) now create a completed Task so the message appears on the activity timeline. One-time password (OTP) messages for surveys remain excluded from this pattern so authentication emails do not clutter the timeline.
- Allocation approvals: a dedicated permission set, WovenIQ - Approve Allocation, lets you grant only the users who should set Product Interest Approval Status for allocation workflows.
- Messaging accuracy: Podium-style message activities use a dedicated Completed Date/Time value on Task for ordering and summaries, and Contact Last Message At stays aligned with the latest message activity.
- Quieter notifications after data loads: in-app message received notifications are limited to current message activity so bulk or historical message loads are less likely to notify the whole team.
What’s new for everyone
- Integrations: connect and manage Adaptive from the same Integrations area you use for other connections, with improved layout and controls for configuration and status.
- Richer email activity details: email rows on the activity timeline can show a clearer date and time when the custom Completed Date/Time value is present on the underlying Task.
- Message threads: conversation ordering and “last message” behaviour respect the message Completed Date/Time when present, so threads feel more consistent with real send/receive times.
- Fewer noisy alerts: if old messages are imported or backfilled, teammates are less likely to get new message notifications for every historical row.
What’s new for administrators and data stewards
- WovenIQ - Approve Allocation: assign this permission set to users who may approve or reject Product Interest allocation decisions. It controls access to update Product Interest → Approval Status without granting unrelated admin access.
- Product Interest: use Approval Status as the single picklist that drives allocation approval workflows for interested products.
- Contact → Last Message At: this field reflects the latest messaging activity time derived from messaging-related Tasks, including both sent and received traffic where applicable. Use it in list views, reports, or automation that depends on “last touched by messaging.”
- Task → Completed Date/Time: this custom Completed Date/Time field on Task stores the instant used for messaging ordering and rollups. For new messaging-related tasks it is populated automatically when appropriate; activity queries and the timeline prefer it when set, and fall back to standard fields otherwise.
- Outbound email and activities: template-based sends that previously relied on Salesforce “email as activity” in isolation are aligned so a completed email Task is created for traceability—except survey OTP emails, which intentionally stay off that pattern.
- Customer Queue: status notification emails sent from the queue continue to update Customer Queue tracking fields and now align with the same explicit Task-based activity behaviour as other outbound template mail, improving consistency on the Contact timeline when a Contact is in scope.
- Preference update emails: automated preference-update messages use the same explicit Task activity pattern so the Contact timeline stays consistent with other template-driven mail.
- Notification policy for inbound messages: only message Tasks with Activity Date on or after the prior day drive the standard message received in-app notification, which reduces alert storms when loading historical data.
