What’s new for everyone

Customer profile pictures

You can now manage profile photos for customers in one place:

  • Add a photo when none is set.
  • Replace an existing photo with a new image.
  • Remove a photo when you want to clear it.

A dedicated photo picker helps you choose or capture an image in a consistent, easy-to-follow flow. The customer detail experience has been updated so these actions feel natural alongside the rest of the customer information you already use.

Quick add to queue

The quick add to queue experience has been updated to align with the new customer profile capabilities, so adding customers to your queue remains fast and reliable.

What’s new for administrators and data stewards

Product metadata from WovenIQ

Products can be enriched using WovenIQ’s metadata integration. When enabled for your org, the system can retrieve structured product information (such as descriptions, imagery URLs, model details, and other supported attributes) and apply it to your Product records. This helps keep Salesforce aligned with the same product story your teams use elsewhere.

Fetch metadata when you need it

You are in control of when a product is refreshed from the metadata service:

  • Use the Fetch Metadata option on a product when you want to queue a refresh (for example after correcting a product code or when onboarding a new reference).
  • The product record can show a metadata result so you can see whether the last request completed successfully or encountered an issue, supporting troubleshooting without guesswork.
Note: Layout and permission updates may be required in your org so the right users can see and use Fetch Metadata and the result field. Your Salesforce administrator can adjust these using the WovenIQ permission sets as needed.

Tag configuration sample data

Sample tag configuration records used for demos and initial setup have been refreshed to match recent product behavior. If you rely on packaged sample data for training or sandboxes, you will see configurations that reflect the current release.

Support

If you have questions about this release or need help with configuration, contact your WovenIQ administrator or your WovenIQ support channel.
